Welcome Khenpo Tenzin Karze!

Khenpo Tenzin Karze graduated from Ngagyur Nyingma Institute’s intensive Buddhist graduate course in 2006, and was awarded a Khenpo certificate, equivalent to a PhD in Buddhist Philosophy in 2011. He has received teachings and empowerments from many great Nyingma masters, and taught extensively in various Palyul temples in Nepal, India, Europe and Taiwan.

Upon his arrival in Maryland, Khenpo seized the opportunity to benefit beings in an immediate way and jumped wholeheartedly into the compassionate activities of Buddhist Relief. He has said he is blown away by all that Buddhist Relief is giving and the number of people it helps.

We are delighted that Khenpo is now in residence at KPC and will be providing traditional Dharma instruction to help us deepen our practice of wisdom and compassion.

Jetsunma says: We love him!
