Pop, Folk, Hip-Hop, and More in Service of Local Relief
This September, music and community action come together in Washington, D.C. KPC Buddhist Relief is partnering with So What Else to support the 2026 "Faith in Peace" Interfaith Concert. Taking place two days before the UN International Day of Peace, this evening welcomes people of all faith traditions, who share a commitment to peace, mutual respect, and relief. As part of the evening’s lineup, Khenpo Tenzin Yeshi and Ani Dara from Kunzang Palyul Choling/KPC Buddhist Relief will speak on how our work encompasses the Buddhist principles of peace, followed by a musical performance from Adalia Tara, echoing those same themes of peace and compassion.
Ticket sales directly drive real-world impact: 50% of every purchase supports participating nonprofits, and you choose which peace cause your ticket funds.
By selecting KPC Buddhist Relief and So What Else, your ticket supports a vital local partnership. Grounded in the principle of interdependence, KPC Buddhist Relief recognizes that individual, community, and ecological well-being are deeply connected. Partnering with So What Else—an organization dedicated to combating food insecurity and providing out-of-school opportunities for youth in Maryland and Washington, D.C.—allows us to reach families who might otherwise fall through the cracks of traditional food systems. Together, KPC Buddhist Relief and So What Else serve 1,056 households every month, providing consistent access to nutritious, culturally responsive food.
